We’re looking for passionate and driven KAMs to join our growing team!
Responsibilities :
- Manage key accounts (pharmacy chains & distributors)
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets
- Lead negotiations, listings & promotions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts (pharmacies, chains, distributors).
- Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth across assigned accounts.
- Negotiate agreements, promotions, and listing opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure timely collection and account reconciliation.
Requirements :
- 3–5 years experience in KAM role (Nutra / Pharma / FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience handling key chains and distributors in Saudi market.
- Ability to analyze sales data and build growth strategies.
