We’re looking for passionate and driven KAMs to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts (pharmacy chains & distributors)
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Lead negotiations, listings & promotions
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts (pharmacies, chains, distributors).
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth across assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate agreements, promotions, and listing opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure timely collection and account reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in KAM role (Nutra / Pharma / FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience handling key chains and distributors in Saudi market.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and build growth strategies.
