Saudi Arabia ( Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah )

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Key Account Manager

to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying long-term business opportunities within the Trucks & Buses sector.

Sales Management

  • Drive organic growth within existing customer accounts through proactive sales and service engagement.
  • Establish annual sales targets and develop strategic action plans for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare annual and monthly sales plans in coordination with management.
  • Submit regular business performance reports and market updates.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored commercial solutions.
  • Maintain detailed customer profiles and account strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Communication & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other departments.
  • Follow up on sales leads, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
  • Address customer concerns proactively and ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

✔ Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

, preferably in

Trucks / Commercial Vehicles / Heavy Automotive Sales

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Excellent customer relationship management abilities

✔ Commercial awareness and business acumen

✔ Strong reporting and analytical skills
