Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Construction Equipment Sales team in KSA.
In this role, you will build and manage strong customer relationships, promote trade-in and buyback solutions, and grow sales of used construction equipment.
You will work closely with customers and suppliers to understand market needs, deliver tailored solutions, and expand the customer base through long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Develop and grow a network of used construction equipment suppliers and buyers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right equipment and supporting solutions.
- Promote trade-in, buyback, financing, insurance, and service contract solutions.
- Evaluate used equipment and negotiate with suppliers to secure consignments.
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
- Actively prospect within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales activity reports and provide regular market and customer feedback.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, repeat business, and market share growth.
Skills
- Required skills to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; an MBA is preferred.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in heavy-duty commercial vehicles or construction equipment sales.
- Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term business relationships.
- Ability to assess equipment, negotiate effectively, and identify commercial opportunities.

- The team works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive commercial growth, strengthen market presence, and deliver high-quality service throughout the sales journey.
