The ideal Front of House Supervisor has excellent communications skills and the ability to motivate and direct others. As a your primary focus will be to manage all marketing programs for the restaurant and to oversee bar operations to ensure profitability.

Previous experience in a restaurant environment; leadership or keyholder experience is an asset

Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine focus on guest experience

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Confident communication skills and the ability to support and guide a team

Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure

Solid understanding of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable handling cash and supporting end-of-shift procedures

A team-first attitude with a willingness to step in wherever needed

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Pay Range: $23 an hour
