Yas Heat Racing is looking for an experienced and motivated
Kart Racing Coach
to help develop the next generation of racing talent across Bambino, Micro, Mini, Junior, and Senior categories competing in IAME and ROTAX championships.
About The Role
As a Kart Racing Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality coaching during training sessions, testing programs, and race weekends.
Working closely with drivers, mechanics, parents, and team management, you will help maximize driver performance and progression within a high-performance motorsport environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of competitive kart racing, driver development methodologies, racecraft, and performance analysis.
The coach will play a key role in developing both aspiring and elite-level drivers within a professional motorsport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach drivers during practice sessions, testing programs, and race events
- Develop racecraft, technical skills, confidence, and consistency
- Conduct track walks, driver briefings, debriefings, and performance reviews
- Analyze performance through data, onboard video, lap times, and observations
- Support race strategy, qualifying preparation, and driver development plans
- Collaborate with technical staff and mechanics to optimize performance
- Foster a professional, disciplined, and positive learning environment
- Job requirement
- Proven experience as a kart racing coach, racing driver, or driver development professional.
- Strong knowledge of competitive karting, including IAME and ROTAX categories.
- Familiarity with UAE karting circuits and racing conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with young drivers, parents, and team personnel.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE residency and ability to travel within the UAE are preferred.
