The employer seeks an experienced Karahi & Handi Chef specializing in traditional Pakistani and North Indian cuisine.
Work is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare chicken, mutton, and other karahi dishes, as well as traditional handi dishes using authentic techniques.
- Prepare and marinate fresh ingredients and season dishes.
- Maintain authentic flavor, taste, and presentation; ensure consistent recipes and portion sizes.
- Monitor food quality, minimize wastage, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking section.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Karahi & Handi Chef in a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani and North Indian cuisine and expertise in traditional karahi and handi preparation.
- Ability to work independently in a busy kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay
- Pay is AED 1,700–1,900 per month.
