This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a K-12 Teacher Trainer – Arabic Speaker.

The K-12 Teacher Trainer will design and deliver professional development workshops and in-class coaching sessions for K-12 educators on curriculum implementation, pedagogy, and the effective use of Perfect Purity and Savvas Learning Company resources.

The role includes creating and adapting training materials, model lessons, and demonstration classes in both Arabic and English to support diverse school contexts.

The trainer will collaborate with school leadership and teachers to assess training needs, provide feedback, and follow up on implementation to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating training schedules, reporting on training impact, supporting sales and academic teams with product expertise, and staying current with K-12 educational trends and best practices in the region.
