Client Coordination & CRM Support
- Coordinate with clients before and after photo sessions
- Confirm bookings and session details
- Follow up with clients regarding photo selection and delivery
- Assist with WhatsApp communication and inquiries
- Update CRM system and organize client information
- Help manage daily booking schedules
Studio & Administrative Support
- Support front desk operations when needed
- Assist clients during their studio visit
- Help organize studio workflow and daily tasks
- Coordinate internally with photographers and management
Photography Workflow Support
- Help organize and select photos after sessions
- Upload files and organize folders
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer knowledge & Skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask during busy days
- Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred
- Previous receptionist, admin, salon, studio, or customer service experience
- Basic Lightroom or Photoshop knowledge is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
