- We are looking for a junior team member who is organized, responsible, and passionate about photography and client service.
Studio & Photography Support
- Assist photographers during shoots
- Prepare studio setups, lighting, and equipment
- Organize props and backgrounds
- Support family, individual, and production sessions
Editing & File Management
- Help select photos after shoots
- Basic Lightroom editing
- Organize folders and upload final files
- Assist with delivery workflow
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients before and after sessions
- Confirm bookings and session details
- Assist clients during their studio visit
- Follow up regarding photo selection and delivery
Reception & Admin Support
- Support front desk operations when needed
- Answer WhatsApp messages and calls professionally
- Assist with booking schedules and studio calendar
- Help maintain studio organization and daily workflow
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic Lightroom or Photoshop knowledge
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask during busy studio days
- Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred
- Previous studio, salon, reception, or customer service experience
- Familiar with social media and content creation
- CRM experience is plus
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
