- The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient, friendly, and attentive service that exceeds expectations.
- Oversee and actively participate in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Supervise kitchen section(s) to ensure tasks are completed according to standards, including stock management, portion control, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Implement measures to minimize waste and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Evaluate food products for consistency and quality, maintaining high standards in food preparation.
- Monitor team members grooming, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations and SOPs, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- ****About You****
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Possess culinary art training at a reputable establishment – minimum 6 months.
- Have 3-5 years within the same role and position in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Hold strong leadership and team management skills.
- Possess Previous HACCP training.
