Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer with fit-out experience to support daily site operations and ensure the successful execution of interior fit-out works in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper execution of fit-out works including finishes, joinery, doors, ceilings, and flooring.
- Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safe execution of site activities.
- Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor material availability and report shortages.
- Coordinate equipment allocation and utilization on site.
- Support coordination between subcontractors and project teams.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of mock-ups.
- Report progress, risks, delays, and site issues to the Construction Manager / Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports.
