Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting project costs, ensuring expenditures remain aligned with approved budgets and supporting management with timely financial insights throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project cost reports, cost-to-complete, and estimate-at-completion forecasts using RIB Candy.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and validate subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Maintain Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Track variation orders, claims, and provisional sums.
- Support monthly project cost reviews and management reporting.
- Reconcile project costs with finance and accounting records.
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow forecasting.
- Coordinate with project managers, planning, procurement, and site teams.
