About the Role

Sales Support & Operations

• **Quote & Order Management:** Generate accurate sales quotes and efficiently process incoming orders for Phase One equipment.
• **Sales Literature & Pricing:** Create, update, and maintain up-to-date sales literature, product catalogs, and regional pricing sheets.
• **Pipeline Assistance:** Provide administrative backup to sales team to streamline the B2B sales cycle.

Market Development & Product Demoing

• **GCC Market Monitoring:** Track sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and help develop the Phase One brand footprint across the GCC.
• **Event & Demo Coordination:** Plan, organize, and execute product demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and exclusive industry events.
• **Digital Presence:** Maintain an active, professional webpage and manage our social media presence.

What We Are Looking For

• **Experience:** minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales support, commercial administration, or a junior marketing/sales role (experience in technical or photography industries is a plus).
• **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with basic web maintenance, social media management tools, and standard CRM/ERP systems.
• **Organization Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy with pricing sheets, quotes and technical documentation.
• **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage both back-office documentation and client-facing digital channels.
• **Passion:** An interest in photography and camera gear helps you speak the language of our clients.
• **Language:** Fluent in English, written and spoken, is a must, Arabic speakers is a plus.
