Job description:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. Works closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
Roles & Responsibilities (RR):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting to onboarding)
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies
- Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices
Qualifications:
Prior experience in recruitment is added value.

Candidate must be based in Dubai or can relocate to Dubai.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
