Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our on-site team in Dubai.
This is a full-time role where the primary responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing logistics, overseeing expediting tasks, ensuring quality standards during inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
The Junior Project Manager will play a critical role in facilitating seamless event planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines and ensure effective project delivery.
- Knowledge and experience with Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure efficient workflow and resource tracking.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control to uphold high standards in execution and deliverables.
- Experience in Logistics Management to ensure smooth coordination and organization of project and event resources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
