Entry-level position on CCM’s Product Team supporting agency, specialty lender, and affordable housing mortgage products.
Responsibilities
- Assist with researching, developing, implementing, and monitoring mortgage products.
- Coordinate creation and updates of Loan Origination System templates, documents, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Maintain existing investor relationships and build new ones through guideline reviews and direct communication.
- Assist CCM teams with product- and investor-related questions.
- Communicate product updates and changes to sales and internal support staff.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of mortgage banking experience.
- Mortgage lending process experience, including Sales or Operations experience, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, Non-Conforming, and affordable housing structured program guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
