Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Patch device shipping, receiving processing and data uploading
  • Inter-departmental communication
  • Data entry across multiple systems
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Understanding and adhering to Quality System requirements
  • Proactive project work to improve service offering
  • SHIPPING ACTIVITIES
  • Pick and Pack outgoing shipments and ensure shipments meet specifications.
  • Receiving deliveries and loading into correct stock location
  • Completing and maintaining all associated shipping and stocking documentation and systems
  • Verifies the accuracy of the data and initiates corrections when needed.
  • Affixes shipping labels, identifying information, onto packed cartons or containers, as required
  • INTAKE PATCH ACTIVITIES
  • Receiving and processing of the patch device
  • Patch data upload and manually entering patient information provided
  • Completing and maintaining all associated intake documentation and systems
  • Communicating with Management any potential system or device issues or risk
  • Adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data.
  • Work Pattern
  • 40 hours per week worked Monday - Friday: 2 days (8am - 5pm) and 3 days (9am - 5pm) with a 30 minutes lunch, there is flexibility on which days.

  • £26,500 per annum + benefits

Technical Skills:

  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams experience preferable
