The role

Turn information into clear insights that help improve customer experiences and operational performance.

The role offers an opportunity to develop a career in data and analytics and help give customers a stronger voice in decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own regular reporting and look for ways to improve it.
  • Explore data for trends, behaviours, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Contact Centre, Central Operations, Retail Operations, and Customer Operations teams to understand business challenges.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable insights and support day-to-day operational performance.
  • Make complex information accessible to a range of audiences.

What you’ll bring

  • Bring familiarity with data and reporting, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Be curious, enjoy solving problems, and feel confident taking ownership of work.
  • Have an interest in developing technical skills, particularly in Power BI, SQL, and basic Python.

Compensation

  • Salary is up to £30,500 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

Contract

  • Full-time, permanent role.
