Join Specsavers' Stores Reporting team supporting the financial performance of UK and ROI Hearcare stores.
The role provides accurate, timely management information to support decisions by store leaders.
Role responsibilities
- Support monthly management accounts for UK and ROI Hearcare stores, ensuring information is accurate, reliable and timely.
- Investigate and analyse financial data, complete balance sheet reconciliations and review key account movements.
- Respond to Store Director queries and work with Finance colleagues to provide meaningful insight while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
- Communicate confidently, build positive relationships and explain financial information clearly.
- Be organised, eager to learn, receptive to feedback and motivated to develop.
- Studying toward or recently completed an entry-level AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualification may be relevant.
Compensation
- Salary is up to £32,000 including bonus, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
Contract
- Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
