Support building maintenance and facilities operations within a property management company.
Candidates without prior UAE or Gulf experience are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with technicians to resolve tenant maintenance requests.
- Conduct site inspections and follow up on maintenance work.
- Assist with preparing maintenance schedules, reports, and material requirements.
- Follow up with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure work follows company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work across different properties.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
