The role calls for coordination, reporting, documentation, and technical understanding of MEP and fire-protection systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily AMC operations and preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Manage technician deployment, attendance, productivity, and time management.
- Ensure timely maintenance completion in compliance with SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare quotations, schedules, work orders, reports, and contract documents.
- Maintain service records, handover documents, maintenance documentation, and ERP records.
- Monitor technician performance and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports; ensure accurate data entry.
- Support system handovers and review technical drawings and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least five years of UAE experience as an AMC Coordinator or Service Coordinator in a facilities-management company.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm and fire-fighting systems; familiarity with NFPA standards.
- Experience coordinating maintenance for VRF systems, chillers, water-tank cleaning, CCTV, swimming pools, lifts, and escalators.
- Good understanding of Dubai Municipality facilities-management regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and handover documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, reporting, documentation, organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage priorities independently and collaborate in a multicultural team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,000–2,500 per month.
