Tasks And Responsibilities
for illustrative purposes and not exhaustive : Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow); Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis; Research industries, competitors, and market trends; Prepare market sizing and growth analyses; Support due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational); Prepare investment memos and reports; Build PowerPoint presentations for clients or investment committees; Assist in M&A analysis and deal structuring; Support data room preparation and analysis; Participate in client meetings and internal project discussions.
