We are assisting a reputable global corporate bank in their search for a
Junior HR & Admin Officer(UAE Nationals Only)
to join their team in the UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for
fresh graduates
who are looking to start their career in HR and Administration within a structured, international banking environment.
HR & Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and record keeping
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment processes
- Prepare basic HR documents such as letters and certificates
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and coordination
Office & Operations
- Assist with office management, including supplies and vendor coordination
- Support meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and internal events
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Government & External Liaison
- Support coordination with UAE government authorities for visa and company-related processes
- Assist with document submission, follow-ups and renewals
- Work closely with PROs and external service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Internship or part-time experience in HR/Admin is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
