Role Overview

The role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, financial intelligence, and health informatics.

The position offers mentorship from finance leaders and involvement in healthcare costing, operational analytics, and enterprise data modeling.

What You Will Do

  • Work onsite in Riyadh while supporting financial modeling, budget tracking, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting.
  • Partner with engagement leads to analyze clinical and operational performance data.
  • Build, reconcile, and maintain advanced analytical models and reporting workbooks.
  • Translate operational healthcare data into actionable cost and efficiency insights for senior stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • One to two years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, healthcare data, or another analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including nested formulas, complex lookups, data modeling, and PivotTables.
  • Professional English fluency in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and an active drive to learn healthcare costing and performance systems.

Technical Skills

  • Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or SQL is a strong plus.
