Immediate joiners preferred.We are looking for a skilled and responsible Foreman with 5 years+ of experience in joinery and interior fit-out works to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising site activities, handling manpower, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery and fit-out works at site
- Manage carpenters, painters, helpers, and installation teams
- Read and understand technical/shop drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works
- Monitor material usage and site requirements
- Report daily site progress to management
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery & interior fit-out works
- Knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation works
- Ability to read drawings and manage manpower
- Good communication and leadership skills
- UAE experiences preferred
