Junior ELV Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, install, program, test, commission, and troubleshoot ELV and smart building systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to support successful project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field; a separate education entry states Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant ELV or home automation experience; a separate experience entry lists 2 years as preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, structured cabling, intercom, PA systems, and smart home/building automation.
• Hands-on experience with KNX systems.
• Experience in system design, programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant ELV or automation software.
• KNX certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sharjah Police and SIRA requirements is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is stated as mandatory, though the license section labels it preferred.

Compensation
