Role overview
Create and support digital marketing content and campaigns for WOW Wellness Retreat, with an emphasis on photography, video, design, and social media.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and shoot photos and videos at the retreat, including treatments, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design social media creatives, ad visuals, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Help plan and strategize digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns and support lead generation.
- Apply basic SEO practices to improve website and online visibility.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and brand voice across platforms.
- Monitor campaign and content performance and prepare simple reports with insights.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shooting photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Video editing skills; CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut are examples.
- Graphic design skills; Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator are examples.
- Basic knowledge of marketing campaigns and SEO, and understanding of social media trends and short-form content.
- A portfolio of previous work is required.
- Creative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Interest in the wellness or healthcare industry is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is full-time and in person at WOW Wellness Retreat LLC in La Mer, Dubai, UAE.
