A fast-growing, Swiss-founded cybersecurity firm with offices across the UAE, Bahrain, and Singapore is building out its sales function and looking for hungry, commission-driven junior sales reps to join the team.
The business has been operating for over 15 years, works with governments, enterprise, and financial institutions across the GCC, and has a recognisable brand with strong media presence.
They have an enterprise-grade product at SME pricing, a large IFC innovation hub pipeline, and co-founders who will back you in meetings – but they need people who want to go and make it happen on their own.

The Role
– Build pipeline from the ground up: events, innovation hubs, direct outreach, after-work networking
– Work the IFC/DIFC startup and SME pool alongside larger enterprise targets
– Quick wins and long-cycle deals – you’ll work both
– Meetings-led day: one hour of email, the rest in front of people
– Grow into full sales cycle ownership as you develop
– Report to the CEO and collaborate with the UAE team day-to-day
You
– Some background in cybersecurity or tech sales – without it, onboarding starts too far back
– Hungry and resilient – rejection is part of the job, you come back harder
– Commission-motivated – you care about what you earn, not what you’re guaranteed
– You show up: to events, to meetings, when the opportunity arises at 10pm
– Arabic is a strong advantage for this market
– English fluent
The Package
– AED 20,000 – 25,000/month base
– Uncapped commission (50/50 structure with accelerators)
– Health insurance + visa sponsorship
– Growing business with real career upside – opened Singapore last year, expanding into Saudi, Southeast Asia, and beyond
