A fast-growing, Swiss-founded cybersecurity firm with offices across the UAE, Bahrain, and Singapore is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join their UAE team.
The business has been operating for over 15 years, works with some of the most recognisable names in government, enterprise, and financial services across the GCC, and has a strong public profile – their founders are regularly featured in national press and on TV.
They recently signed with major Abu Dhabi institutions and are actively expanding into Saudi Arabia, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
The opportunity is rare: a full pipeline of live leads, an enterprise-grade product at SME pricing, and a brand that opens doors.
What they need is someone with the hunger, relationships, and capability to take those leads across the line – without needing the founders in the room.
The Role
– Own the full sales cycle across the UAE and GCC
– Take over live pipeline and convert leads independently
– Sell across a broad target market: enterprise, government-adjacent, SME, innovation hubs
– Deal values range from AED 5,000 to AED 3M – you’ll be operating at the top end
– Meetings-first approach: events, innovation hubs, direct outreach – not an email-heavy desk role
– Reporting directly to the CEO
You
– 2-3+ years of cybersecurity sales experience (MSSP or cloud security a strong plus)
– Established network and existing client relationships in the UAE / GCC
– Arabic is a strong advantage – especially for government and semi-government targets
– Comfortable holding your own with senior stakeholders and closing large, complex deals
– Attention to detail on proposals and contracts – this matters here
– Commission-first mindset – motivated by earnings, not base salary comfort
The Package
– AED 30,000 – 35,000/month base
– Uncapped commission (50/50 structure with accelerators)
– Health insurance + visa sponsorship
– Real growth trajectory – the business is expanding fast and this is the ground floor of a proper sales function
