About This Role
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Cost Control within the **F&B industry** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **ERP systems** such as **Odoo, Tally, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics**, or any F&B‑related accounting software.
- Familiarity with **POS systems** used in restaurant operations.
- Experience handling **online delivery platforms** in Qatar (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Deliveroo, etc.).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control daily food, beverage, and operational costs across all branches.
- Conduct regular cost analysis, variance reports, and consumption tracking.
- Review and verify purchase orders, GRNs, supplier invoices, and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost data.
- Perform routine inventory audits and spot checks in branches and central kitchen.
- Analyze wastage, spoilage, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update cost sheets, recipes, and menu costing.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports for management.
- Ensure proper integration and accuracy of data between **ERP systems, POS, and accounting software**.
- Monitor online delivery platform transactions (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Deliveroo, etc.) and reconcile sales reports.
