Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Junior Cost Specialist (UAE National)** to join our team!

In this role you will get to prepare, review, and maintain cost management deliverables for large-scale construction projects.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for Emirati graduates to gain hands-on experience across a multibillion portfolio of infrastructure and building projects, while developing strong foundations in cost control and project financial management.

This role offers structured exposure to PMC cost management practices, mentoring from senior cost professionals, and the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the region.

It is an ideal entry point for Emirati engineers seeking long-term growth in project controls and cost engineering.
