What you will do

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes • Monitor sales, margins, and operating expenses • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) • Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product line • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systems • Support internal and external audit processes
  • What you need to succeed

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field • 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals • Accounting knowledge • Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus) • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn • Fluent in Italian and English • Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus
  • PAY TRANSPARENCY

  • Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 32.000
