About This Role
We are hiring a Junior Consultant in Dubai
If you have 2–3 years of consulting experience and want to work on large-scale tourism and destination projects across the GCC, this might be for you.
At Katalyst, we operate at the intersection of data, strategy and execution, supporting destinations, attractions and hospitality players in making better, measurable decisions.
This is not a pure desk role.
It combines analysis, client exposure and on-the-ground execution, with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia and across the region.
What you will do
Work on market studies, performance analysis and commercial strategies
Turn data into clear, actionable insights
Prepare high-quality client presentations and strategic deliverables
Act as a point of contact on the ground with clients and stakeholders
Lead workshops, working sessions and stakeholder discussions
Support implementation and ensure projects move forward
What we are looking for
2–3 years of experience in consulting
Strong analytical and structuring skills
Very strong PowerPoint and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluent English is mandatory
Arabic is a strong plus
Experience in tourism or destination projects is a strong advantage
