SearchPlus HR is collaborating with a leading government hospital in the UAE to recruit a Junior Consultant in Cardiac Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated cardiac surgeon to contribute to a renowned healthcare institution known for its commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.
As a Junior Consultant in Cardiac Surgery, you will be involved in diagnosing and managing cardiac patients while assisting in surgical procedures within a multidisciplinary team. This role offers exposure to advanced cardiac surgery techniques and a chance to grow professionally in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:* Assist senior cardiac surgeons in performing complex cardiac surgeries.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various cardiac conditions.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:* Medical degree recognized by relevant UAE health authorities, specializing in Cardiac Surgery.
- Completed residency or fellowship in Cardiac Surgery or General Surgery with cardiac focus.
- Valid or eligible medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills related to cardiac care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Adaptability to government hospital environment and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and research.
