Facility Executive role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and external vendors.
- Monitor building services, utilities, and equipment.
- Resolve facility-related complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain records, schedules, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and facility standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE facility management experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
