Junior Business Analyst

How you'll make a difference

What you will be doing

• Advise customers and colleagues on policies, procedures, and processes while supporting needs identification.
• Maintain knowledge of information systems and databases across digital products and projects.
• Research and collate data, draft documentation, and present findings to support business analysis and service improvement.
• Develop knowledge of relevant regulations, codes of practice, processes, and procedures, considering business and policy constraints.

What we need from you

• Relevant experience gathering and documenting user and stakeholder information to inform decisions.
• Awareness of techniques and tools for gathering information about current processes.
• Ability to manage workload and conflicting deadlines and seek senior guidance where appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills, including explaining complex information clearly.
• Ability to plan and progress work in line with professional guidelines and organizational policies.

Working arrangement

• Hybrid work, with a mixture of working at the Badminton Road office in Yate and working from home.
