Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated experience in activity-based cost (ABC) modeling and cost model development.
- Demonstrated experience performing data analyses of Financial and Accounting Shared Services (FASS) costs, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting using advanced Excel functions, data visualization tools, and other relevant data analysis platforms.
- Demonstrated Federal sector experience in Change Management and Release Management.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Writing/technical writing experience crafting user guides and technical requirement materials, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documenting business processes and workflows.
- Expertise in project management, financial management, and customer service.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, computer sciences, data analytics, or related field.
- Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and management reporting tools.
- Experience working with Federal Government financial management data.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions and data visualization platforms.
- Experience developing executive-level reports and presentations.
- Master's degree preferred for mid-level and required for senior-level positions.
