Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

Serve as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams

Build a team environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement

Implement and manage Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 to ensure high-quality deliverables

Proactively identify and remove impediments to team progress

Protect the team from outside distractions

At least 5 years of project management experience

Strong understanding of Scrum practices

A proven track record implementing Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001

Bachelor's degree, or 9 years of relevant experience in place of the degree

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
