Qualifications
- Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong BIM knowledge and Revit proficiency is a must
- Knowledge of additional modeling and design software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Grasshopper is an asset
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and others
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes
- Proven technical understanding of building science and construction contracts.
- Able to work effectively in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and design team members

- 1 years’ experience as a technologist on a wide array of projects
