Junior Arabic Copywriter

Job Description

• Team: Marketing | Location: Dubai, UAE | Type: Full-Time
• The words that guide millions are yours to write.

• That's where you come in.
• As our Junior Arabic Copywriter, you'll own the words that connect Justlife to Arabic-speaking customers across the region — across CRM campaigns, product launches, service descriptions, and digital ads.
• You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to make sure every word earns its place.
• What you'll make
• In your first 90 days, you'll be writing real work that ships.
• Here's a taste:
• Push notifications: Short, punchy Arabic alerts that drive app re-engagement — tested and optimized weekly
• CRM campaigns: Arabic copy for segmented customer communication — from subject line to CTA
• Product feature descriptions: Clear, compelling Arabic copy that explains new services to customers on the app
• Ad copy briefs: Arabic messaging for digital ads across Meta and Google — crafted in collaboration with designers
• Influencer scripts: Arabic scripts and talking points for creators and influencer campaigns, adapted for platform, audience, and tone of voice.
• What we're looking for
• We care about what you can do, not where you studied.
• These are the things matter to us:
• Native or near-native Arabic writing fluency — including strong understanding of Saudi Arabic dialect and UAE/GCC communication nuances. Your copy sounds like a real person, not a translation
• Strong written English, you'll collaborate daily with English-speaking teams and write bilingual briefs
• At least some hands-on experience with digital content — CRM, social media, email, app copy, or similar
• Ability to work from a brief — you ask the right questions, understand the objective, and deliver on time
• Curiosity and attention to detail — you notice when a word is off, and you care enough to fix it
• Comfortable working cross-functionally — you’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, editors, and external creators to build campaigns that feel consistent across every customer touchpoint.
• Strong multitasking ability — you can switch between reviewing influencer scripts, refining app copy, writing campaign messaging, and managing multiple deadlines without compromising quality
• Digital fluency and willingness to learn — familiarity with content workflows, AI tools, campaign platforms, or modern marketing tools is a strong advantage
• Interest in brand and communication beyond writing — you’re excited by the broader world of campaigns, creative production, customer experience, and performance marketing

• A portfolio of Arabic digital writing samples is required to apply.
