Junior Application Support Analyst

Role overview

What you'll do

• Investigate incidents and service requests escalated from the Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot application issues using diagnostic tools, logs, and product knowledge.
• Apply fixes, workarounds, and authorized configuration changes; escalate complex issues with evidence and analysis.
• Maintain support records and documentation, and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Support product defect investigation, testing, and validation.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and continual service improvement.

Desirable experience and knowledge

• Experience in Service Desk, application support, or technical support is desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, SQL, databases, or application configuration is desirable.
• Experience supporting customers in regulated or business-critical environments is desirable.
