Junior Analyst Data CIB

The analyst supports strategic initiatives set by Corporate and Investment Banking executive management and contributes to data management and analysis across asset classes offered to corporate clients.
The role is on the Corporate Development and Business Management team, supporting more than 350 CIB professionals across Canada, and reports to the team's director.

Role Overview
The analyst supports strategic initiatives set by Corporate and Investment Banking executive management and contributes to data management and analysis across asset classes offered to corporate clients.
The role is on the Corporate Development and Business Management team, supporting more than 350 CIB professionals across Canada, and reports to the team's director.
Your Job
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and data integrity; assist with data management processes.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects, collaborate across teams, and help improve team processes and efficiency.
- Generate reports and summaries for operational decisions and support project management tools and resources.
Basic Requirements
- A three-year Professional College Diploma (DEC) with up to three years of experience, or a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and O365; other data entry tools are an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets; familiarity with practical AI applications in data management, analysis, and process improvement is an asset.
- English and French are required to work closely with colleagues outside Quebec.
Attendance and Location
- The posting specifies on-site attendance and identifies the Montreal office as the position's base.
Employment Status and Schedule
- Temporary position for 12 months.
- Full-time schedule.
