Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases to ensure data integrity.
- Help develop and implement data management processes.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects, coordinating timely execution with cross-functional teams.
- Improve team processes and efficiency.
- Generate reports and summaries for operational decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support tools and resources for project management and execution.
Basic requirements
- A 3-year Professional College Diploma (DEC) and up to 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and O365; other data entry tools are an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets.
- English and French are required languages.
- Familiarity with AI tools for data management, analysis, and process improvement is an asset.
