Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Transactions Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Post daily financial transactions and journal entries in ERP system or any accounting package.
- Prepare and issue tax invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create payment vouchers for Accounts Payable and Expenses.
- Conduct bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial transactions, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and accounting software.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and invoicing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
