Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management, corporate hospitality, or a similar floor/building management role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting bookings simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience in concierge-level or client-facing service delivery.
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and timely daily reports FM findings/concerns.
  • Proficiency in room booking systems, FM platforms, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • High attention to detail with strong awareness of presentation standards and meeting environments.
  • Professional presentation and personal grooming standards consistent with a 5-star hotel or luxury corporate environment at all times.
  • Well-spoken with excellent verbal communication skills in English — articulate, confident, and professional in all interactions with guests, custodians, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style and tone to suit senior executives, VIP guests, and diverse audiences.

  • Appearance & Grooming: Candidates must maintain an immaculate, polished appearance at all times, in line with 5-star hospitality standards. This includes adherence to the company's dress code policy, well-maintained attire, and a professional appearance that reflects the prestige of the corporate environment.
  • Verbal Communication: Candidates must demonstrate fluent, clear, and professional spoken English. The ability to articulate clearly, use appropriate business language, and communicate with warmth and confidence is essential — whether welcoming a VIP guest, briefing a meeting custodian, or liaising with senior management.
  • Conduct & Etiquette: Candidates are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional etiquette — courteous, composed, and solution-oriented in all circumstances, including under pressure.
  • Brand Representation: As a visible representative of the organization on the corporate floor, the Floor Manager must embody and project the company's values and image to all internal and external stakeholders.
