Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Duties include assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring financial records to ensure accuracy, and supporting audits and tax filing requirements. The role involves collaboration with other team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account balancing
• Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support audits by providing required documentation
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with payroll processing (if required)
• AP Invoice booking & Posting
• Performing Supplier Reconciliation
• Management of Supplier Contracts
• Booking of Petty Cash advance & reconciliations
• AR invoicing and payment follow ups
• Track accounts payable and receivable

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
