Junior Accountant- Freshers- UAE nationals

Overview

• We are looking for Junior Accountant in Dubai, UAE.
• Kindly note that freshers are also eligible for the role.
• Job responsibilities:
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received.
• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.
• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
• Type periodic reports and other records.
• Provide proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments to Suppliers/procurement team.
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
• Reconcile supplier account statements.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
• Stock addition based on production report
