Overview
KEA Building Contracting LLC is looking for a **Junior Accountant** with **mandatory UAE construction industry experience** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Important Requirement
- Applicants without UAE construction company experience will NOT be considered.
- We are specifically looking for candidates who understand:
- Construction/project accounting
- Supplier & subcontractor payments
- Petty cash handling
- Site-related expenses
- Payroll/WPS support
- VAT documentation
- LPOs, invoices & payment preparing & tracking
- Good knowledge of project costing
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years UAE construction accounting experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of UAE VAT procedures
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Immediate joiners preferred
