• The brand is expanding its presence across the Gulf Region through its exclusive GCC distributor, Fusion Feet Shoe Trading LLC, headquartered at Dubai Design District (d3).
• With a growing portfolio of retail stores across the UAE and new investments underway in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are building a strong regional team to support this expansion.
• *Role Description*
• This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Dubai Design District (d3), Dubai, UAE.
• The Retail Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations across 3–4 Camper retail stores and support head office functions.
• This is a hands-on role covering the full spectrum of retail accounting, compliance tracking, and financial reporting.
• *Key Responsibilities*
• ⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day accounting for 3–4 Camper retail stores, including sales reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable
• ⁠ ⁠Record journal entries and prepare monthly financial statements
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports per store and consolidated reporting for management
• ⁠ ⁠Process and manage payroll for all staff across stores and head office
• ⁠ ⁠Track and manage cheque payments, mall rent schedules, and landlord invoicing across all locations
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and monitor all HQ trade licenses, permits, certifications, and renewal calendars to ensure full compliance
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with PRO and operations team on government and regulatory filings
• ⁠ ⁠Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with external auditors during annual audit process
• *Qualifications*
• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a retail, fashion, or FMCG company is strongly preferred
• ⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required
• ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge in journal entries, financial statements preparation, and financial reporting
• ⁠ ⁠Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in advanced Excel and general accounting software
• ⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of UAE commercial compliance (trade licenses, Ejari, municipality permits)
• ⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time management skills
• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• *Salary:* AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience)
