- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely postings to the general ledger.
- Prepare customer invoices and ensure billing accuracy with proper supporting documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations (BRS) and reconcile cash, vendor, clearing, and intercompany accounts.
- Handle petty cash transactions and PRO-related payments with proper documentation and controls.
- Support month-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
